Hello, fellow Chia obsessors :-). Hope you had a good week. Chia traded sideways with the broader crypto market this week, but that’s where the correlation ends. As usual, Chia the company and the Chia community both kept on chugging along. This week included big announcements around software releases, developer engagement, community events, and media coverage. Read on for details.

Chia (the company) news:
Chia launched a developer forum at developers.chia.net. Awesome to have a forum-style environment to discuss building on chia. [more]
Chia launched their 1.3 beta software. This includes lots of performance improvements and folds the light wallet into the full node. Chris at The Chia Plot wrote a solid overview. [more]
Ecosystem News:
Hashgreen added a trading API to the platform. They also added dark mode, USD trading stats, and more. [more]
Okra listed their project roadmap. Pretty cool to see where this is going. [more]
Mojowhale launched their provably fair “spin the wheel” game. [more]
Kyle Decentral held a Twitter Spaces to discuss / celebrate the launch of Chia’s 1.3 beta software (listen here) and XCH Gallery hosted a European Chia Happy Hour (listen here). Chia team members joined both. Seems community efforts are heating up. Love to see it.
XCH Central wrote a profile on Catmos, which has been releasing CATs and NFT tokens (redeemable later for NFTs), and coordinating games. [more]
Other relevant Chia news:
The Financial Times posted an article about blockchain and carbon credits, and included Chia. [more]
The FT article above linked to a slide deck which includes a ton of info around the World Bank climate warehouse that Chia is building, such as a concrete launch timeline, countries involved, and much more. Highly recommend checking it out. [more]
Coinbase listed Pawtocol, a project with a ~$25m market cap and $1m in volume (prior to the 40% jump in price and 1,400% jump in volume) that uses “the power of blockchain technology to create better lives for pets and pet owners all over the world” this week. This news had many members of the Chia community upset that we are still waiting on major exchange support, given we view this as being one of the most important projects in crypto. Dogs are the absolute best, but this still bites.
Now the most important part: offers!!!
We have 249 subscribers now, an increase of 41 over last week. We’re still including 0.005 $XCH per new subscriber (for now) so this means that we’re adding offer files for 0.205 $XCH.
Click the “share” button below to help us expand our reach and increase the reward in next week’s issue!
Here are the offers. Go!
